Sales of Parts and Accessories
Catalyst Cycles reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any written typographical errors. We also reserve the right to correct price or calculation errors. Catalyst Cycles also reserves the right to make any other site changes or corrections without notice to customers. Catalyst cycles reserves the right to refuse and cancel an order for any reason at any point during the sales and purchase process. In the event our inventory is incorrect and your purchase is of an out of stock item; you will be notified as soon possible. If the item you purchased is on back-order with the vendor; Catalyst Cycles reserves the right to wait up to fourteen days for stock replenishment. After the allocated time period has passed, your money will be refunded. All state of Tennessee residents must pay a 9.75% sales tax on purchases. Catalyst Cycles will only accept payment in U.S. Dollar funds.
Catalyst Cycles may, at times, need to send you information or notices. We may send such information or notices via e-mail, notice on the site, or through your contact information including address and telephone number.
Use and Participation
While we at Catalyst Cycles will make every feasible effort to review any communications within a reasonable time frame, we cannot review all communications and is not responsible in any way for the content of such communications.
