Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed and shipped unless otherwise stated by UPS within 2 to 5 days of payment received. Orders must be shipped to one address only. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and size of the package. Orders may also be split into separate shipping packages depending on warehouse location. If your receive part of your order, please allow 1 to 2 additional days for delivery of the remaining items. There may be instances when the shipment of your order can take longer due to stock availability. If your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail of the delay.
Two-day shipping is available for small and medium size packages at additional charges. Orders must be placed by 10 am CST to ensure shipment on same day of in stock items. Expedited shipping is available Monday through Friday only. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the processing of the order will take place on the next business day. Expedited deliveries will not take place on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Overnight shipping may be available for some products, but you must contact Catalyst Cycles by telephone to inquire.
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is not yet available. We are currently working on this issue. Please contact Catalyst Cycles by telephone or e-mail to make order inquires and other shipping arrangements. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery.
International orders may require up to two weeks for delivery. International import duties, taxes, and/or VATs must be paid by the customer and are not included in your total price here. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only. In some countries, it may be illegal to receive some or all of our products or accessories. It is up to you to determine if the items ordered are legal for your area.
Some parts, due to their size or weight, must be shipped via Truck Freight. Such products will be identified with a note on the product’s page. Contact Catalyst Cycles to get accurate shipping charges for truck freight. Delivery of truck freight may take up to ten business days from date of order. Truck freight to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping time and charges.
Oversized products are products whose packaging measures over 84 inches in length and girth combined and weighing less than 30 pounds. Due to the odd packaging size, these products will ship UPS Ground but charged the rate of a 30 pound package. Examples of this may include such products as seats, exhaust systems, and tires.
Due to shipping weight restrictions, we must use a multiplier for large items that weigh over 30 pounds.
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees on all returned orders, unless there is a mistake in the products received.

Return Policy
We want your experience with Catalyst Cycles to be a great experience. If the part you ordered is defective, doesn’t fit, or just not the correct part, you can return it. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will refund your purchase, less shipping and restocking fee, once these conditions are met.
You have 30 days from receipt of the product to contact Catalyst Cycles for return information. Contact us by e-mail to returns@catalystcycles.com for your specific return instructions.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all returned items that are not the result of our error. Items that are found to be defective will not be charged the restocking fee.
We will accept returns on products with their complete and original packaging. If the item arrived to your location damaged, you must also return the original shipping container with the product.
All returns must include all hardware and product paperwork, be in original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any products that were damaged during assembly or installation. Products returned missing any hardware or components will not be refunded. Catalyst Cycles is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by the use of wrong or defective products or parts, or by incorrect installation of any products or parts.
When returning a product to Catalyst Cycles it may be beneficial for you to use a shipping company which can provide you with a tracking number. For us to process your return, we must first receive it. If necessary, you can file a lost item claim if it is not received by us.
Once the returned merchandise is received by Catalyst Cycles, we will contact you via e-mail to advise you of the return decision and when to expect completion of the return process and credit of the refund.
Returns and refunds for special order products, including but not limited to items shipped by truck freight, are available on an individual basis and at our discretion.
Some items are not returnable. Service manuals, CD roms, DVDs, and stickers cannot be returned for any reason. Electrical items cannot be returned if the package is opened for any reason. There is no warranty offered on exhaust pipes or mufflers in association to discoloration. Discoloration or “blueing” can be caused by cam timing, carb jetting, or overheating. This discoloration is not a manufacturer’s defect.
Refunds will be processed through Paypal and credited less all shipping and restocking fees. If you have been granted a refund and do not receive your credit within 30 days, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the error.
In the event our inventory is incorrect and your purchase is of an out of stock item; you will be notified as soon possible. If the item you purchased is on back-order with the vendor; Catalyst Cycles reserves the right to wait up to fourteen days for stock replenishment. After the allocated time period has passed, your money will be refunded.
