Shipping & Returns
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment received. Catalyst Cycles uses a variety of shipping providers and reserves the right to choose the provider on a per order basis. Orders must be shipped to one address only. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and size of the package. There may be instances when the shipment of your order will take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. Additional delivery times and shipping costs may be necessary for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO locations. International orders may require up to eight weeks for delivery. International import duties, taxes, and/or VATs must be paid by the customer and are not included in your total price here. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only. In some countries, it may be illegal to receive some or all of our products or accessories. It is up to the buyer to determine if the items ordered are legal for their area. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these policies. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees on all returned orders.
We want your interaction with Catalyst Cycles to be a great experience. If the part you ordered is defective, doesn't fit, or isn't the correct part, you can return it. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will refund your purchase, less our restocking fee if applicable. You have 14 days from receipt of the product to contact Catalyst Cycles for return information. You will be issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and given specific instructions on how to proceed with your return. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees on all returned orders. Items that are returned as refused, rejected, or without an RMA (unless given permission from Catalyst Cycles) will not be granted a refund. There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all returned items that are not the result of our error. Items that are found to be defective will not be charged the restocking fee. We will accept returns on products with their complete and original packaging. If the item arrived to your location damaged, you must also return the original shipping container with the product. All returns must include all hardware and product paperwork, be in original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not refund any products that were damaged during assembly or installation. Products returned missing any hardware or components will not be refunded. Catalyst Cycles is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred by the use of wrong or defective products or parts, or by incorrect installation of any products or parts. When returning a product to Catalyst Cycles it may be beneficial for you to use a shipping company which can provide you with a tracking number. For us to process your return, we must first receive it. If necessary, you can file a lost item claim if it is not received by us. Refunds will be processed through PayPal and credited less any applicable fees. If you have been granted a refund and do not receive your credit within 30 days, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the error.
